Requesting data deletion

If you’d like to delete your account and associated data, email support@oneviahq.com with the subject line “Delete my data”.

We’ll confirm your request and process it within 14 days, in line with legal and tax requirements. Billing records may be retained where required by law.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we’ll acknowledge it by email, investigate the issue, follow up if we need more information, and confirm once it’s resolved.

Some requests may require identity verification before we can proceed.
