Billing & Cancellation Policy

This Billing & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, subscriptions, cancellations, trials, and refunds work for Onevia Creator Engine (“Onevia”), operated by Onevia Pty Ltd.
1. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless stated otherwise.
2. Access and Plan Features
Subscription plans determine access to certain product features, usage allowances, automations, analytics depth, AI functionality, and other service limits made available by Onevia.
- Plan details are defined in-product at the time of checkout or plan selection.
- Feature availability and usage allowances may vary depending on your selected plan, trial status, or promotional access.
- Workspace membership and invites are not limited by seat-based billing.
If your subscription becomes inactive, canceled, locked, or past due, access to paid features or certain parts of the service may be restricted until billing is resolved.
3. Trials
- Onevia may offer a free trial (currently 14 days).
- Trials are limited to one per account unless otherwise stated.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to paid features may be restricted.
Starting a paid subscription during a trial ends the trial and begins billing.
4. Plan Changes
You may change plans at any time. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a new charge. Downgrades may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the plan and circumstances. Any changes will be shown during checkout before confirmation.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time from account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
- No further charges occur after cancellation.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless explicitly stated in-product.
6. Refunds
Unless required by law, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review the issue.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and your account may be marked as past due. Access to some features may be restricted until payment is resolved. Continued failures may result in suspension, locking, or termination of paid access.
8. Taxes
Prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes required by your local laws or regulations.
