Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 February 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Onevia Creator Engine (“Onevia”, “the Service”), operated by Onevia Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using Onevia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Onevia is a subscription-based software platform designed to help creators, mentors, and individuals manage content workflows, analytics, tasks, and publishing operations.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Onevia.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In such cases, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the account and for all activity, payments, and obligations associated with it.

Accounts used by individuals under 18 must be registered and billed under the name of a parent, guardian, or legal entity with the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. You may not share credentials or allow unauthorised access.

3. Workspaces and Access

Onevia operates on a workspace model. A workspace acts as a container for content, workflows, and collaboration between users.

Workspaces may include mentors, students, administrators, or other roles depending on how the workspace is configured.

  • Workspace owners or administrators may invite and manage members
  • Invites may be issued via links or direct invitations
  • Workspace membership is not limited by seat-based billing

Each user is responsible for their own account and activity, even when participating in a shared workspace.

We may restrict access to parts of the Service if payment obligations are not met, accounts are misused, or we reasonably suspect unauthorised or abusive activity.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Free and Trial Access

  • Onevia may offer a free tier or trial period.
  • Trials are limited to one per account, unless otherwise stated.
  • Trial access expires at the end of the trial period.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the plan and circumstances.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until the period ends.

Refunds

Unless required by law, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (including Airwallex). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or outages caused by third-party payment services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or Onevia

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Onevia.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onevia Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, payment fails and remains unresolved, or we are required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
